ambulante Psychotherapie, trotzdem Antrag?

Ich bin seit geraumer Zeit alleinerziehende Mutter einer dreijährigen Tochter und meine Belastbarkeit ist scheinbar völlig ausgeschöpft. Neben dem "alleinerziehend sein" habe ich eine tägliche Arbeitsstrecke von 2 Stunden, einen psychisch anstregenden Job sowie ein völlig kaputtes familiäres Netzwerk zu bewältigen. Innere Ruhe und Ausgeglichenheit, Geduld, Power, Ausstrahlung, Glücklichsein und Freude sind für mich Fremdwörter geworden :heul: . Seit August 2010 befinde ich mich u.a. wg. dieser Problematiken in psychotherapeutischer Behandlung (angehende Depression), habe für stat. Kuren bislang keinen Zusatztarif bei meiner Krankenkasse abgeschlossen.
Es wäre lieb, wenn ihr mir folgende Fragen beantworten könntet:
1. Wenn ich jetzt einen Zusatztarif abschließe, wann kann ich dann auf Leistungen der KK bauen?
2. Trotz völliger Erschöpfung, wird mir meine ambulante Hlfeform im Wege stehen?
3. Hat jmd. eine Empfehlung, wie ich am "schlausten" mit der Antragstellung verfahren sollte?
