Mutterkind-Kur Forum

Muss hier gerade mal Frust loswerden.

Ich plane ja eine Kur zu beantragen. Nachdem ich mich nun durch den Dschungel der Kurkliniken gewühlt habe, wo ich mit drei Kindern hoffentlich gut aufgehoben bin, zumal davon eines dann ja knapp um die eins sein wird, nun der nächste Schlag.

Wie beim letzten Mal behaupten beide Parteien, Beihilfe und Krankenkasse, der jeweils andere müsse den Antrag zuerst bewilligen. Die Beihilfe verweigert eine Bearbeitung ohne die Entscheidung der Krankenkasse, die Krankenkasse will (wie ich finde zurecht) aber erstmal wissen ob ich überhaupt fahren darf, bevor sie entsscheiden.

Vor 5 Jahren habe ich Namen nennen können, damit sich die Sachbearbeiter miteinander absprechen können.

Nun ist es leider so, dass man bei der Beihilfe nur noch Hotlines erreicht und die halt im Antragsfall nicht entscheiden. Namen bekommt man irgendwie nicht.

Mensch, irgendwie fehlt mir da die Kraft für Diskussionen. Ich hoffe echt, dass sich das alles irgendwie von selbst erledigt, wenn ich dann irgendwann die Unterlagen zusammen habe.

Würde dazu ja eigentlich gerne die Entscheidung, in welche Klinik es geht, abhängig machen. Aber so?
