Es gibt ein Urteil und eine Verfahrensanweisung , die klarstellen , daß bei einer mutter-Kind-Kur eben nix abgezogen werden darf.

Das ist der neueste rechtliche Stand der Dinge. Und jeder sollte darauf bestehen, daß nach dieser Verfahrensanweisung der Argen gehandelt wird.

hallo ich bin uch hartz4 empfängerin mein mann geht arbeiten (1geringfügigerjob)und noch 2,20 die stunde das reicht nicht für 6personen er hoft im januar übernommen zu werden.ich fahre ende oktober zur mutterkindkur jetzt habe ich angst das uns was vom hartz4 abgezogen wird den ich brauch ja tachengeld und mein mann bleibt ja mit mein sohn 9jahre zu hause mus ich angst haben oder dürfen die nichts abziehen

Also,ich bin die Jenige,die diese Frage ins Forum am Anfang gestellt hat!!
Und da ich ja nun schon zur Kur war und dieses ganze Prozedere schon mitgemacht habe,kann ich Dir sagen,das Du keine Angst haben musst wegen Kürzungen,den das ist seit dem 01.01.2009 nicht mehr erlaubt!!

...gibt auch Informationen im Internet dazu.........

Ich bin kurz bevor ich zur Kur gefahren bin (1 Woche vorher)zum Jobcenter hin,hab die Kopien (bestätigung zur Kur,Termin von ..bis... ) abgegeben und dann war gut!!

Die haben das nur zu meiner Akte geheftet und das wars!!!

Ich bin auch Harz4 empfänger und mir wurde nichts abgezogen! ich hab denen nur mitgeteilt das ich nciht da bin und gut war

Da ich auch ergänzend Hartz4 beziehe, ist es schonmal gut zu wissen, dass sie nichts abziehen dürfen. Wobei ich es letztlich nicht schlimm finde, bin in der Zeit ja auch nicht zuhause und benötige so ja auch nichts.

Also meine freundin bekommt auch alg2 und sie war letztes jahr zur kur und es wurde nichts abgezogen.
