Wie ist das eigentlich mit Sozialhilfeempfänger geregelt? Muss man da die Zuzahlung zahlen oder übernimmt KK die Kosten?

Wenn du nicht befreit wurdest von deiner KK,dann mußt du den Eigenanteil bezahlen!
Ich zahle Anfangs des Jahres meinen Betrag den ich bezahlen müßte(mein 1% von meinen Leistungen=ca.84 Euro)und bin dann das Ganze Jahr befreit von Zuzahlungen,Praxisgebühr usw.

Der Eigenanteil liegt bei nicht chronisch Kranken bei 2% des Jahreseinkommens. Erkundige dich am Besten bei deiner Krankenkasse. Jede vorher schon gezahlte Eigenleistung (Arztgebühr, Rezeptanteil...) wird davon abgezogen.

Es geht hier um meine Freundin, die auch in Kur möchte. Sie hat den Antrag schon ausgefüllt und wollte am Montag bei der KK einreichen. Als sie hörte, dass sie 10€/ Tag zuzahlen muss, war ihr gar nicht gut, weil für sie ist es sehr , sehr viel Geld. Nach dem Tod ihres Mannes hat sie jetzt eine Patch-work Familie. Sie mit drei Kindern, er mit einem. Sie arbeitet als Aushilfskraft und er als Vollzeit, beide verdienen sehr sehr wenig. Absolut unter Minumum. Jetzt hat sie Arbeitslose bzw. Sozialhilfe beantragt (ich weiß nicht genau was) und auf dem Amt waren sie ganz erschrocken, als sie gesehen haben, was sie verdienen. Ich habe mir schon gedacht, dass es eine Regelung für solche Hartfälle gibt. Ich werde ihr auf jeden Fall weiter sagen.
