Nachdem ich jetzt seit mehreren Monaten gesundheitlich aus dem Verkehr gezogen bin, soll ich eventuell über die Rentenvesicherung zur Kur.
Mukiku habe ich ja schon einige mit guten Erfahrungen durchgeführt.

Wie schaut das bei der Rentenversicherung mit den Häusern aus? Kann dort ein Haus benannt werden oder gibt die RV dieses vor?
Ich habe irgendwann mal gelesen, dass bei einer Reha über die RV keine Wahl besteht. Meine Bekannte ist aber der Meinung das geht.
Weiß von euch jemand Bescheid und kann berichten, wäre sehr hilfreich für mich.
Wenn möglich, möchte ich schon im Vorfeld steuern, dass es nicht soweit weg geht, da ich eh schon mit gemischten Gefühlen fahren würde, da mein Junior dann mit meinem Mann alleine wäre. Aufgrund der schweren Epilepsie meines Mannes für mich problematisch und da Kind über 12 bekomme ich von der Kasse auch keine Haushaltshilfe mehr.

Eventuell würde ich auch eine ambulante Reha in betracht ziehen, da nicht weit von uns entfernt eine Klinik diese Möglichkeit anbietet. Allerdings weiß ich nicht, ob sich die RV damit einverstanden erklären würde.

Soweit ich weiß geben die ein Haus vor, selbst wenn man im Antrag mit angibt wohin man möchte.

Man kann dann wohl einen Umstellungsantrag stellen, aber ob der durchgeht...?

Laut Sozialberater der Klinik in Davos hat man auch bei den Rentenversicherungen Wunsch und Wahlrecht, und zwar steht das
in den gesetzlichen Grundlagen für eine Rehabilitationsbehandlung

[red]SGB IX § 9 Wunsch-und Wahlrecht der Leistungsberechtigeten[/red]

(1) bei der Entscheidung über Leistungen und bei der Ausführung der Leistungen zur Teilhabe wird berechtigten Wünschen der Leistungsberechtigten entsprochen. Dabei wird auch auf die persönliche lebenssituation, das Alter, das geschlecht, die Familie sowie die religiösen und weltanschaulichen Bedürfnisse der Leistungsberechtigten Rücksicht genommen; im Übrigen gilt § 33 des Ersten Buches. Den besinderen Bedürfnissen behinderter Mütter und Väter bei der Erfüllung Erfüllung ihres Erziehungsauftrages sowie den besonderen Bedürfnissen behindertter Kinder wird Rechnung getragen.

Hier kannst du schon mal nach Kliniken bzw. Indikationen gucken.

Ich hatte mehrfach bei der RV nach einer Reha für mich gefragt, wo die Kinder mit können.

Mir wurde gesagt, dass sie nur ein Haus genehmigen, mit dem sie zusammen arbeiten. Und wo man Kinder mitnehmen kann müßte ich selbst rausfinden.

Man muss genau schauen bei welcher RV man ist. Da gibts auch Unterschiede.
