Warum eigent "Mütterspezifische Belastung"

Ich weiß natürlich, dass es bei einer Mutter-Kind-Kur um Mütterspezifische Belastungen geht, aber was ich nicht verstehe, WO steht das? In den Richtlinien zu den §24 und §41 steht nichts davon, nirgentwo wird das Wort aufkreuzen. Ich habe bei meiner K K nachgefragt, die meinten, es wäre ein "ungeschriebenes Gesetz", ja also, da fällt mir nicht mehr ein. Es muss doch wenigstens erwähnt sein.
Das Wort ist entstanden, da laut einer Studie alle Mütter die zur Kur fuhren, an den gleichen Erkrankungen litten, das hieß dann nachher "Müttertypisch" also "Mütterspezifisch".

Vielleicht schaust du mal in die Begutachtungsrichtlinie Vorsorge und Reha....(?
