Befunde bzw. Atteste

Hallo Zusammen,

mal eine Frage....

Hauptgrund für meinen Kurantrag wird sein:
Burn-out, Erschöpfungszustand, Schlafprobleme, Müdigkeit, Kopfschmerzen, Belastungssituation in Familie, ... )x

Wie wichtig ist es, sonstige Beschwerden zu dokumentieren. Habe z.B. auch Rückenprobleme (dies aber auch schon lange vor Enyas Geburt) - sind also nicht "Mutterspezifisch". Wäre es sinnhaft, mir hierzu aktuelle Atteste ausstellen zu lassen? Hätte ich dann z.B. auch Chancen auf Massagen od. ähnliches?

Und schränke ich mit Infos wie "Infektionsanfälligkeit" sehr ein bei der Klinikwahl?

Da eine MuKiKur generell nicht Befundbasiert sondern verordnungsbasiert genehmigt wird ( Rehas über RV sind Befundbasiert ) braucht man keine speziellen Befunde .... Es zählt das was der verordnende Artz in den Antrag rein schreibt als Kurgründe bzw Indikationen-

Der muß Dir ja den Antrag ausfüllen.

Den Hausarzttermin hab ich morgen.
Bin nur nicht sicher, ob der die Befunde von den Fachärzten immer automatisch bekommt?!?

Wenn du mit ner Überweisung von ihm da hingegangen bist schon...

Außerdem habe ich eben dargestellt , daß Du keine Befunde brauchst für ne MuKIkUr---- Der Hausarzt solll halt einfach Rückenschmerzen noch mit in die Indikationen reinschreiben - fertig... ( Rückenschmerz ist eh kein Befund - das wäre nur der Grund für die Rückenschmerzen)
