vorzeitige kur

ich hab mal ne frage wegen einer vorzeitigen kur. es heißt ja da müssen neue erkrankungen dazu kommen oder eben die bestehenden aus der alten kur verschlimmert sein.

angenommen ich würde jetzt eine vorzeitige kur beantragen, in der 1. kur waren wir noch bei dak versichert, jetzt sind wir bei der tk versichert. woher weiß dann die tk ob sich die erkrankungen neu sind oder sich verschlimmert haben? fragen die bei der dak nach?

würde mich mal interessieren, auch wenn ich aktuell keine kur beantragen will da mein sohn noch zu klein ist.

aber würde auch als neue belastung zählen das, dass kind eine krankheit hat wodurch man enormen stress hat da es zu einigen terapien muss?? hab schonmal gehört das es manchmal schon ausrecht wenn man angibt das man nun 2 kinder hat statt eins, find ich zwar wenig als grund und kann ich mir nicht wirklich vorstellen das, dass genügen soll aber wenns so ist....

Ich glaube, man muss in den Unterlagen angeben, ob man in den letzten Jahren zur Kur war. Das gehört ja auch zu den Therapiemaßnahmen. Insofern wirst Du es angeben müssen und im Zweifel tauschen sich die KK sicher untereinander aus.
Ob bestimmte Gründe ausreichen, dass eine vorzeitige Kur genehmigt wird, wird wohl die KK entscheiden. Da gibt es wohl sehr unterschiedliche Handhabungen. Das sieht man ja auch schon bei den Bescheiden zu Kuren, die nicht vorzeitig sind.
