Widerspruch aufrechterhalten? ??

Hallo.Meine vorzeitig beantragte Mukikur wurde ja abgelehnt.Widerspruch habe ich eingelegt,leider auch negatives Ergebnis.Anbei war ein Zettel,ob ich den Widerspruch aufrechterhalten möchte? Was ist wenn ich es mache?

ich glaube mal etwas davon gelesen zu haben das das dann bis vor's Gericht gehen kann. Aber sicher bin ich mir da nicht.

du solltest den widerspruch aufrecht erhalten, somit hast du die Chance beim Sozialgericht
klage einzulegen. das habe ich auch gemacht und das habe die der kk auch so mitgeteilt, schupps die
wupps hatte ich innerhalb 2 Wochen doch ne bewilligung

Bis zum Ergebniss des Widerspruchsausschuss können allerdings 3 Monate vergehen. Der tagt nämlich nur alle 3 Monate. Und sie gucken da nicht in deinen Antrag, sondern sie schauen ob es bis dato auch alles richtig gelaufen ist.

Widerspruch aufrecht erhalten ist nicht immer zielfördernd.... Es dauert Monate, bis der Widerspruchsausschuss tagt und da geht es nicht um deinen Antrag, sondern nur um Formfehler in der Bearbeitung... Ich hatte über ein Jahr damit zu tun und hätte in diesem Zeitraum schon längst eine neue Kur beantragen können... Es kommt darauf an, wie weit vorzeitig dein Antrag war... Vom Widerschussaussschuss brauchst du dir allerdings keine großen Hoffnungen machen...
