Für MDK detaillierten Sozialbericht schreiben

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe eine Mutter Kind Kur bei der Barmer beantragt. Alle Unterlagen ausgefüllt, Atteste, Schreiben der Ärzte usw... eingereicht. Nun kam ein Brief der MDK wünscht noch einen detaillierten Sozialbericht von mir.

Was muss ich denn da reinschreiben?

schreib dein Leben rein. So wie dein Tagesablauf aussieht, so wié du dich fühlst, wie es dir geht, so das jeder miterleben kann wie du bist tagtäglich.
Welche Belastungen du hast, welche gesundheitlichen Probleme, mit den Kindern, alles was dir einfällt.

@schneehexe hat es dir ja schon gesagt, rede auch nichts schön (man neigt ja dazu ein "ich schaff das schon" sich selbst einzureden!). einfach klartext wie dein tag abläuft!

was mich eigentlich verwundert ist, dass ich meinen Tagesablauf / Wochenablauf schon detailiert schriftlich geschildert habe. Mein Sachbearbeiter meinte, dass reicht dem MDK wohl nicht.
