...wann kann man auf eine Anfrage per Mail eine Antwort erwarten.
Ich finde, am 3.Tag schon, oder ? Ausgenommen natürlich Urlaub oder AU.

Ja, ich gebe zu, ich maile lieber, damit gebe ich dem Gegenüber ja Geelgenheit, selber zu entscheiden, wann man sich der Sache annimmt.

Überlege nun, der KK allgemein `ne Mail zu senden.
M.E. auch schneller, da ich schon wieder auf dem Sprung bin, mailen kann man zwischendurch, telefonieren - mit kindern schon gar nicht - eher schlecht.

Ich telefoniere lieber, als dass ich ewig auf Antwort warten müsste, gerade wenn es so wichtig für mich wäre

Aber da ist wohl jeder anders.

Wenn der Sachbearbeiter krank ist, dann kann die Antwort unter Umständen ja noch länger dauern und etwas hibbelig bist Du ja doch

Hast Du an einen Berater direkt geschrieben?
Sonst würde ich nochmal eine Mail Allgemein schicken oder anrufen.

Und bei Urlaub muss es einen Vertreter geben . bzw einen Abwesenheitsassistenten der einen automatisch davon informiert das der zuständige SB in Urlaub ist und ob ein anderer bearbeitet oder nicht.. und wann dann der zustädnige wieder da ist...

So wird es bei uns in der Firma gehandhabt.... Und so sollte es auch sein..

Ja, so sehe ich es auch Laetitia. Handhabt man in der Regel im Berufsleben und im Privaten ebenso. Zumindest sollte Zeit sein für eine kurze Zwischennachricht.
