Selbstauskunftsbogen

Ich brüte gerade über meinem Selbstauskunftsbogen. Möchte eine MuKi-Kur beantragen, weil meine zwei Jungs (2 u. 5 Jahre) Neurodermitis und diverse Allergien haben. Ich bin "leider" gesund und habe keine Ahnung wie ich diesen Bogen ausfüllen soll. Würde mich sehr über Tips freuen.

Wäre es da nicht besser, Du würdest eine Kinder-Reha beantragen? Wenn es Dir gut geht, macht es doch gar keinen Sinn, eine MuKiKu zu beantragen.

Was heißt denn Kinder Reha?

Bei einer Mutter-Kind-Kur geht es in erster Linie um Dich, bei einer Kinder-Reha oder Kinder-Kur um die Kinder und gar nicht um Dich. Wird bei der Rentenversicherung oder Krankenkasse eingereicht.

Das würde ich Dir auch raten. Stelle einen Antrag auf Kinder Kur bzw, Kinder Reha. Das hilft deinen Kindern mehr.
Ich habe das auch gemacht mein Sohn hat Asthma. ich habe bei der KK angerufen und mir einen Antrag auf Kinder Reha geben lassen. Den habe ich dan vom Lungenfacharzt ausfüllen lassen noch ein Atest bei das ich als Begleitperson mit muß da sonst der Kurerfolg nicht gegeben ist. Und innerhalb von 3 Wochen war die Kur durch die RV genehmigt.Ich muß sagen es hat viel geholfen weil sie dort viel intensiever auf die Krankheit eingegangen sind.Und auch die Therapien viel besser waren.

Ich habe es zuerst über die Krankenkasse versucht (TK) und die sagten mir 'wenn die Kinder krank sind müßten die Kinder in Kur' . Und als ich dann nachfragte, ob ich ein 2 und 5 jähriges Kind alleine in Kur schicken sollte, hat er mir mürrisch die Mutter-Kind-Kur unterlagen geschickt.
Danach bin ich dann zur Caritas gegangen.
