Arbeitgeber vorab informieren?

Mich würde mal interessieren, ob ihr eure Arbeitgeber vorab schon darüber informiert habt, das ihr eine Kur beantragt habt bzw gerade dabei seit?

Muss man das denn eigentlich? Ich will meinen AG irgendwie nicht so vor vollendeten Tatsachen stellen wenn ich jetzt nach meinem krank sein, dann auch noch mit meinen Kur Plänen an komme.

Wenn Du die Kurgenehmigung in der Hand hast, ist der richtige Zeitpunkt es Deinem Chef zu sagen.

Vieleicht bekommst Du ja eine Absage oder.... da würde ich jetzt noch niemand informieren.

Müssen musst du nicht.
Ich würde es von deinem Verhältnis (nein, sowas meine ich nicht ) und der Art deiner Arbeit abhängig machen.

Ich habe zu meinem direkten Vorgesetzten ein sehr gutes Verhältnis und meine Arbeit als Ingenieur läuft teils projektmäßig schon Monate voraus geplant, ich habe mit meinem Chef gesprochen, als der Antrag raus war...
Ich habe absolut nichts zu befürchten und da ich auch viel Verständnis wegen meiner "wehwehchen" bekomme fand ich das nur fair. Wäre die Arbeitssituation anders, würde ich erst damit rausrücken wenn die Genehmigung und der Termin feststehen.
