Hallo Ihr Lieben,

ich weiß, die folgende Frage ist schon öfters gestellt worden, ich habe aber im Moment keinen Nerv zu "suchen".
Also nun:

Geht denn jeder Antrag zum MDK?

Mein Antrag ist bei der KK am 06.01. eingegangen und lt. Servicetelefon sollte ich bis zum 13.01.2012 eine Nachricht erhalten. Aber dem war nicht so!

Also habe ich wieder am 23.01. angerufen und nachgefragt. Hier sagte man mir, der Antrag liegt noch beim MDK, es hätte auch noch eine Rückfrage mit der alten KK gegeben, ob ein Leistungsbezug für eine Maßnahme war. Dies wäre aber alles regulär, also nichts außergewöhnliches lt dem Herren vom Servicetelefon. Ich habe aber doch in meinem Antrag angegeben, wer die MuKiKur im April 2008 gezahlt hat (nämlich meine KK, da ich damals noch selbst versichert war ), und das die alte (familienversicherte) KK NICHTS GELEISTET hat bzgl. MuKiKur. Von denen habe ich nämlich mit 2x Anträgen rumgekämpft und dann doch verloren....

Schaut sich der MDK auch die Unterlagen von der alten KK und den dazugehörenden WS an?

Oh Mann, das ist ja echt nervtötend....ich sehe meine Chancen langsam aber sicher dahin schwinden.... 8-| :heul:

Nein - der MDK darf nur das beurteilen was deinem jetzigen Antrag beiliegt. Ansonsten gilt da der Datenschutz- Wenn sie was von den vorigen Kuren wollen ( zb Abschlußbericht ) dann werden sie dich das wissen lassen und du musst es einreichen..

Als ich meinen bei der AOK abgegeben habe, sagte mir meine SB, dass sie den Antrag fertig macht u dann an den MDK weitergibt. Es ist so üblich - lt. der Aussage.
