Altersgrenze Therapiekind bei MuKiKur ??

Guten Abend Ihr Lieben,

ich sitze hier und schreibe an die Krankenkasse, da diese mir ja auf Grund des Alters meiner Kinder nur eine reine Mütter-Kur genehmigen wollen.

Der MuKiKur Antrag liegt vollständig ausgefüllt bei der Sachbearbeiterin, der Arzt hat beide Kinder als THERAPIEKINDER eingestuft - beide Kinder sind auch bei der Krankenkasse als CHRONISCH KRANK anerkannt.

Die Jungs sind zur Zeit 11 und 14, wären aber bei eventueller Kur im August 12 und 15 Jahre alt.

Jetzt suche ich hier im Internet nach Paragraphen oder ähnlichem, mit denen ich mein Schreiben "untermauern" kann und aus denen ersichtlich ist, dass ein keine Altersgrenze für Therapiekinder gibt.....

Wer kann mir helfen ?

12 Jahre in Ausnahme bis 14 Jahre, Behinderte Kinder keine Altersbegrenzung, schau mal unter dem aktuellen Beitrag von kissmet, dort stehen noch einige links....

Hallo,

wir haben genau das selbe Problem meine sind 12 und 14 und mir wurde aufgrund dessen eine Mutterkur genehmigt, habe jetzt beim Widerspruch die Stelle von den Begutachtungsrichtlinen als Anlage mitgeschickt (Therapiekinder in Ausnahmefälle bis 14 J. ).

genau das selbe Problem habe ich auch.

Mütterkur genehmigt mir die Barmer, aber die Kinder nicht...

Habe jetzt das ganze Wochenende im Internet nach Berichten gesucht und oft gelesen, dass sogar 16 Kids mit zur MuKiKur konnten.

Aber die Barmer ist stur
