Müttergenesungswerk hat geholfen

Ich habe meine erste Kur über das Müttergenesungswerk beantragt und es nur empfehlen! Meine Beraterin ist mit mir die Anträge durchgegangen und hat mit mir nach Kurhäusern gesucht, die passend zu unserer Situation waren. Die Krankenkasse wollte uns erst in eines "ihrer Häuser" vermitteln, aber durch Einsatz des Müttergenesungswerkes haben wir unser Wunschhaus dann doch bekommen!

Hallo, da hast du echt Glück gehabt. Ich bin bei der AWo-Beratung und fühl mich da ziemlich allein gelassen, Ich hatte einen Termin, sie hat mir den Antrag erklärt, ausgefüllt hab ich ihn zu Hause, Häuser muss ich auch alleine suchen, hab einmal angerufen weil ich ihren Rat wollte bezügl. großes oder kleines Haus, Ostsee oder Nordsee, naja, hab dann zu hören bekommen, ja wenn man an die Nordsee oder Ostsee will, muss man sich nicht wundern dass nix mehr frei ist, sie kann gar nicht verstehen, das man da hin will, es gibt schließlich auch noch woanders schöne Häuser, Hab auch in versch. Häusern wg. Terminen angerufen, die konnten gar nicht verstehen, das das nicht die Dame von der AWO macht, weil diese normalerweise vorreservieren könnten. Also ich fühl mich nicht gut beraten. Außerdem telefonier ich die ganze Zeit wg. irgendwelchen Rückfragen auch selbst mit der KK. Weiß gar nicht warum man eine Beratungsstelle überhaupt braucht? Alles was ich über Mukiku weiß, hab ich mir vor allem hier selbst angelesen. VLG Angelina

Glück mit der Mitarbeiterin hatte ich auch.

Aber es kommt sehr auf den jeweiligen Mitarbeiter im jeweiligen Ort an!!

Bei der Krankenkasse auch. Meine Freundin bekam innerhalb einer Woche die Zusage. Bei mir läuft der Antrag schon seit Monaten und keiner weiß was.
