jetzt hab ich mal ne doofe frage, bitte nicht lachen


bei der 1. kur waren wir ja noch bei der dak versichert.

wenn ich jetzt einen vorzeitigen antrag stelle, wo ja neue indikationen dazukamen bzw. sich die vorhandenen verschlimmert haben. woher weiß denn jetzt die tk (neue kasse) das es diese indikationen in der ersten kur noch nicht gab oder eben noch nicht so schlimm waren?


laut einer kurberatung darf die dak keine daten rausgeben, wobei ich ja denke unsere daten werden tagtäglich missbraucht und wir wissen gar nix davon, da es ja um kosten geht, denke ich mal das ist dennen egal

Durch ein Kreuz im Antragsformular weiß die neue KK, dass Du schon eine Kur gemacht hast und wie lange sie zurück liegt.

Vorzeitige Kuren gehen an den MDK. Bei mir wollte dieser dann den Abschlussbericht der vorherigen Kur haben. Ich denke, die Daten gehen nicht an den Sachbearbeiter der KK, aber die Entscheidung für oder gegen eine vorzeitige Kur trifft der MDK.

heißt das dann nur der antrag geht zum mdk oder muss ich da auch gleich aufkreuzen?

Nur die Unterlagen gingen zum MDK. Den Abschlussbericht der letzten Kur wollten sie auch haben.

ok, den abschlussbericht hab ich hier. da steht auch drin das eine kur vor ablauf der 4 jahresfrist empfohlen wird. aber ich glaub ja das bringt nicht wirklich was oder?
