Hallo Ihrs,

meine KK hat ja nach 2 Widerspruechen die Kur fuer beide Minis abgelehnt.
Der 3te Widerspruch ist nun auch bei der KK angekommen........mal sehen was nun kommt.
Fuer meine Grosse haben sie einen Sozialbericht angefordert........und da ist mein Problem.Ich hab mich schon "bloedgegoogelt",aber ich finde einfach keine Beispiele.........ich weiss einfach nicht wie und was in sonem Bericht stehen sollpatsch .
Kann mir bitte,bitte hier jemand helfen?

Ist doch nicht schlimm. buffy fragt ja nur um Hilfe und kriegt sicher hier noch gute Antworten.

hallo buffy, dann bitte doch deine kk dir ein formular zuzuschicken,hab eben beim googlen gesehn,dass das immer formulare sind,ansonsten wuerde ich einfach die soziale und gesundheitliche Situation deiner Kinder beschreiben, und auch deine/eure familiaere Situation.
