Hallo,
vielleicht kann ja jemand helfen,
bezüglich welcher Antrag hat welche Fristen?
Für die Kasse gibt es die ja seit geraumer Zeit,
aber gibt es beim Rehaantrag bei der RV auch diese vorgeschriebenen Fristen

bezüglich Bearbeitungszeit
bezüglich Antrittsdatum der Reha
bezüglich Wahlrecht der Klinik
usw.?

bis wann die reha angetreten werden muss ist bei jedem rv träger anders
in unserem bescheid steht kein zeitraum
Ein wahlrecht hat man, ich habe ja einen widerspruch für eine heilstättenänderung abgegeben

Wie lange hat die Bearbeitung gedauert?
Welche RV ist es ?

Genau 3 wochen und einen Tag
Wir sind bei der rv rheinland

bei uns hat die beantragung ein jahr gedauert. die bewilligung war auch ein jahr gültig sind bei der rv nordbayern

Bei uns musste die Kinderreha innerhalb von 4 Monaten angetreten werden und die Frist wurde nur verlängert weil das Kind sportbefreit war, aber abnehmen sollte. (RV Bund)
Bei der RV Bund gibt es kein Wahlrecht....sagen die, ob das so ist, keine Ahnung. Die Bearbeitung dauerte bisher 3 Wochen im Schnitt

Bei der RV ist es so, dass man, wenn man nach 3 Mon. noch nichts von denen gehört hat, eine Unterlassungsklage stellen kann. Auch bei der RV Bund gibt es ein Wahlrecht. Das ist gesetzlich festgesetzt. Allerdings genehmigen die nur KLiniken, mit denen die einen Vertrag haben. Richtig ist das aber so nicht, aber was will man machen? Meine Reha über die RV BUnd musste innerhalb von 6 Mon. angetreten werden! Und bis zur Genehmigung dauerte es 2 Monate!
