Hallo liebe Forenmitglieder,

meine Kur mit Kindern wurde genehmigt und laut KK Aussage muss ich einen Eigenanteil von 210 € leisten (reise drei Wochen)
Ich bin verheiratet doch mein ist Ehemann nur Geringverdiener.
Wir bekommen Wohngeld.
Nun habe ich sehr lange im Internet nach einem Härtefallantrag o.ä. gesucht aber nichts richtiges gefunden....
Auch hier habe ich gesucht
Bitte hat jemand brauchbare Tipps für mich oder einen Link?
Ansonsten sollte ich evtl. bei meiner KK anrufen!?

Leider kann ich dir da nicht wirklich weiter helfen . Aber Frag mal bei der Caritas oder Diakonie , die geben einem wenn man so wenig Geld hat für die Kur ein Taschengeld an . Das könntet ihr dann bestimmt auch gut Gebrauchen , mir haben sie das immer Angeboten aber wir waren im über dem Satz .
Ich würde mich wegen der Befreiung von der Zuzahlung bei der Krankenkasse nach Fragen , ist es nicht sogar so das man da eh einen Antrag stellen muss ?

Es gibt die Möglichkeit sich von der Zuzahlung befreien zu lassen. Pro Jahr müßt ihr einen bestimmten Betrag als Eigenanteil leisten.
Alles was über diesem Betrag liegt, könnt Ihr dann auf Antrag erstattet bekommen. Wie hoch dieser Betrag ist, können dir die
Mitarbeiter deiner Krankenkasse genau sagen. Dort bekommst du dann auch die entsprechenden Unterlagen für die Befreiung.

Hier mal eine Seite, auf welcher du selber ausrechnen kannst ob ihr die Grenze schon erreicht habt und wie hoch euer Eigenanteil ist.

Ich hoffe es hilft dir weiter. Am besten ist es aber bei der Krankenkasse anzurufen, dort bekommst du genaue Infos.

Da bin ich ja schonmal schlauer und werde mich darum kümmern.....

Wir haben uns einen Antrag auf Zuzahlungsbefreiung schicken lassen, da mein Mann Asthma hat, gilt er als chronisch krank ( wenn ein Familie Mitglied chronisch krank ist, muss man nur 1% vom bruttolohn zuzahlen) daher waren wir schnell an der Grenze und haben die Befreiung bekommen!

Auf der Seite der TK gibt es einen Rechner, da kann man gucken, ob man die Grenze nicht übersteigt und einen Antrag stellen kann.

Damals waren wir nicht befreit, aber die Caritas hätte geholfen!
