Ich habe noch was für dich bei mir hilft immer 1 Glas gekochten Ingwertee
jeden Morgen 1 Glas nüchtern trinken

Hallo Jutta,
bei mir war Verstopfung jahrelang ein Dauerzustand, ich kannte nix anderes als maximal zweimal die Woche aufs Klo und dann immer steinhart und mit Schmerzen - oft auch im Wechsel mit krämpfen und Durchfall. Ich trinke täglich drei-vier Liter, also mehr als reichlich. Wirklich geholfen hat bei mir Joghurt
Ich will hier keine Werbung machen, aber ich ess ganz brav täglich einen Becher Activia. Da kommen zwei Löffel Vollkorn-Früchte-Müsli rein, den gibts bei mir zum Frühstück. Ich ess danach auch ganz normal noch eine Scheibe Brot oder ein Brötchen. Nach zwei Wochen hatte sich meine Verdauung deutlich gebessert und ich kann spätestens jeden zweiten Tag völlig schmerzfrei
Wichtig: Dran bleiben und wirklich regelmäßig essen, sonst ist der Effekt auch schnell wieder verpufft.
