Bruechige Naegel

Ihr kennt das Problem bestimmt, muehsam hat man sich seine Naegel schoen gepflegt aber immer wieder brechen sie ab oder reissen ein.

Ich hab das Problem nicht mehr seit ich meine Haende einmal die Woche fuer ne halbe Stunde in Kondensmilch bade.

Wirkt wahre Wunder!

was bewirkt denn die Kondesmilch?

Wenn du dir die Haende vorher gruendlich gereinigt hast, kannst du die Milch doch spaeter noch im Kaffee verwenden.

die Naegel sind nicht mehr so sproede Rumpel. Erste Ergebnisse merkst schon nach 4 Wochen *Selbsterfahrung*
Brauchst ja nicht die ganzen haende baden sondern nur die Fingernaegel tauchen

Tolle Idee, werde ich gleich mal ausprobieren.
Ich habe bisher immer Olivenoel mit Zitronensaft genommen (natuerlich nur aeusserlich), aber danach stinken die Haende immer so...

Was ich kenne ist ein Hand-Peeling.

Da nimmt man eine Handvoll Zucker und etwas Olivenoel und reibt sich die Haende da tuechtig mit ab.
Das macht eine sehr schoene Haut!
