Quarkwickel bei Halsschmerzen

Das braucht man:

- 150 g Speisequark (Fettstufe ist unerheblich)
- Messer
- Stofftaschentuch oder duennes Stofflaeppchen
- Frottierhandtuch
- Binde oder Halstuch zum Befestigen

Das Taschentuch ausbreiten und den Quark im mittleren Drittel des Tuches halsbreit und fingerdick ausstreichen.
Der Quarkhalswickel kann bei sehr akutem Halsweh kuehl(Zimmertemperatur) angewendet werden oder aber, wenn er kuehl nicht wohltut, kurz auf einem heissen Teller angewaermt
Werden, der auf einem Topf mit kochendem Wasser erwaermt wird.
Das Quarkpaeckchen(kuehl oder warm) nun so vorne um den Hals legen, dass es von einem Ohr zum anderen reicht.
Die Halswirbel sollten frei bleiben, denn in diesem Bereich verlaufen Nerven und Muskeln, die auf Kuehle und Feuchtigkeit reagieren koennen!
Das halsbreit gefalltete Frottierhandtuch so um den Hals legen, dass der Quarkwickel da, wo der Hals am schlimmsten weh tut(im Kieferwinkel unterhalb der Ohren), nicht abrutschen kann.
Nun die Manschette z.B. mit einem duennen Halstuch befestigen.
Der Wickel soll mind. 30 Min. , kann aber auch bis zu 3 Std., um den Hals bleiben.
