Ich würde jetzt wirklich keine ernsten Gespräche mit dem Mann führen.
Bei mir war das nach der Kur wirklich immer "Schei..." und das, obwohl wir eine glückliche Beziehung führen. Immer noch die große Liebe. Aber auch Liebe hat mal eine Pause und das ist definitiv nach der Kur. Warum? Das weiß ich nicht. Man ist weg, man freut sich ...und dann gibt es dies und jenes zu besprechen ... vielleicht ist man es nach der Kur nicht mehr gewöhnt sich mit dem Alltag auseinanderzusetzen, vielleicht sind die Erwartungen zu hoch. Ich denke, man ist doch motiviert, alles soll besser werden, man will Sport machen und dann kommt man heim, und es ist wieder alles gleich. Daheim hat sich nichts geändert, es ist schlimmer geworden, weil man war weg und zu Hause ist man vielleicht beleidigt, weil man weg war. Auch der zu Hause gebliebene hat Vorstellungen, Gefühle und Träume. Das muss man erst alles wieder einmal unter einen Hut bekommen. Wenn ich wieder auf Kur gehe, werde ich mich auf alle Fälle mit dem Thema beschäftigen, vielleicht läuft es dann besser und dauert nicht mehr ein paar Wochen. Echt, ein falsches Wort nach der Kur und ich bin eingeschnappt.
Ich wünsche Dir wirklich, dass du die Kurve kriegst. Gib nicht auf was dir mal wichtig war, es geht auch wieder bergauf.

Schön, daß die Reha effektiv war und Du "etwas mitnehmen" konntest!
