Ich hab als Indikationen auf jedenfall auch Migräne auf dem Plan. Allerdings hab ich jetzt gelesen das die Therapien da in der Kur jetzt nicht sooo pralle sind. Weil einfach auch die Zeit fehlt.

Wer kann denn darüber berichten?

Bin da auch auf der Suche und gespannt, welche Erfahrungen da mitgeteilt werden. Die Klinik Strandpark Kühlungsborn und Schwedeneck sollen ja ganz gut sein.

Ich bin jetzt auf Norddeich Haus am Deich gestoßen. Die haben auch Migräne und Kopfschmerztherapien im Angebot.

Schwedeneck ist ja auch eine ARGE-Klinik, ich war in meiner ersten Kur in einer ARGE-Klinik und diese Kliniken sind mir definitiv zu groß, dann jede Woche wechselnde Eltern, die Lautstärke im Speisesaal usw. dass hat bei mir zu keinem Kurerfolg geführt. Am liebsten würde ich an die Nordsee

Ich war mit Migräne als Indikation sowohl in Schwedeneck als auch in Glowe.

Wenn dir Schwedeneck zu groß ist nutzt dir das zwar nichts, aber die Therapieansätze dort waren schon recht tiefgehend und haben mir doch sehr weiter geholfen, in Glowe war das doch mehr so nebenbei... mal abgesehen davon ist Glowe noch größer.

Alerdings ist es schon richtig, Wunder kannst du ohnehin nicht erwarten, du bekommst in erster Linie "nur" Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe

Amrum Alma-Münster hat auch
Migräne als Indikation angegeben,
dort wohl mit Osteopathie. Klein ist die Klinik auch.
Wie gut es dort ist, kann ich erst im
März beantworten.

Ich habe in Kühlungsborn Migränemassagen bekommen. Ich habe meist in Streßzeiten (1- 2mal im Monat) Migräneanfälle, mit Verspannungen im Nacken, gehabt.

Die Massagen haben mir so verdammt gut getan. Ich hatte über ein Jahr kein einziges Mal Migräne. Dann hatte ich es einmal, da kamen aber viele Sachen auf einmal und seitdem nicht mehr. Das ist jetzt auch schon wieder 3 Monate etwa her.

Ich weiß nicht, was es sonst noch für Therapien gegen Migräne gibt, mir hat es super geholfen und sollte ich es wieder so oft bekommen (ich hänge dann auch etwa 3 Tage in den Seilen), werde ich mir hier zuhause eine Massagepraxis suchen, die das anbieten
