Sozialbericht

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

ich fange mich gerade an durchzulesen und stolper immer ueber das Wort Sozialbericht.

Was ist das fuer ein Bericht gibt es eine Art Vorlage??? Ich mache ja gerade die Unterlagen fertig

Gibt es sonst noch Tipps? Meine Kinderaerztin kommt erst am 31 Juli wieder bis dahin muss ich eh noch warten....

Oder kann ich vorher schon bei der Krankenkasse schon den Teil hinschicken???

Manche, Einige geben wenn sie die Unterlagen fuer die KK abgeben, noch einen selbst verfassten Bericht mit dazu. Wie also dein Alltag ablaeuft, was du fuer Probleme hast usw. Ich selbst habe dies allerdings nicht gemacht. Ich bin ziemlich blauaeugig an die SAche rangegangen und ich hatte das Glueck dass es gleich auf Anhieb geklappt hat. Diese Seite hier mit den tollen Maedels habe ich erst gefunden, als der Antrag schon weg war.

also im Sozialbericht habe ich aufgeschrieben, was so alles an Krankheiten, Therapien etc. gemacht worden ist sowohl bei mir als auch bei den Kindern. Auch habe ich noch erwaehnt, dass wir die Eltern meines Mannes insgesamt 5 Jahre gepflegt haben. Halt alles, was so an Belastungen zusammengekommen ist, was sich anfangs nicht unbedingt als Belastung erkennen liess.
Ich z. B. habe im Jahr 1993 begonnen, stichpunktartig aufzuschreiben, was gewesen war und was ich gemacht habe und dann fortgesetzt bis zum Jahr 2006.

Wenn Du magst, kann ich Dir ihn ja mal zumailen. Der ist aber glaube ich gut 7 Seiten lang.

Trotz diesem ausfuehrlichen Bericht wurde meine Kur aber erst mal abgelehnt und erst nach Anhoerung beim MDK genehmigt. Ich fahre nun vom 18.10. - 8.11.06 nach Bad Duerrheim in den Haenslehof.
