Kinder bei Vater versichert

Wie ist das eigentlich, wenn die Kinder beim Vater mitversichert sind?
Falls die KK mir die Kur genehmigt würde ich gerne meinen Großen mitbehandeln lassen, weil er chron. Bronchitis (Allergie) und Neurodermitis hat.
Muss ich dann bei seiner Krankenkasse einen extra Antrag stellen oder läuft das über meine Krankenkasse? :verwirrt:

Wenn die Kinder als reine Begeitkinder mitgehen läuft das über deine KK, als Therapiekind musst du einen Antrag bei der Kasse des Kindes - in eurem Fall des Vaters - stellen.

Weil es bei mir da immer Probleme gab, habe ich die Kinder mittlerweile zu mir in die Kasse genommen - ist unproblematischer.

Ok, danke für die Info. Dann kümmere ich mich morgen gleich morgen darum, dass mein Sohn auch behandelt werden kann.

Wenn ich dann mal meinen Ring am Finger hab, hat sich das mit den unterschiedlichen Kos hoffentlich auch erledigt..

wobei es auch durchaus Vorteile hat, wenn Mutter und Kind in verschiedenen Krankenkassen sind......

....so kannst du als Behandlungsbedürftige dein Begleitkind mitnehmen.....

.... und dein behandlungsbedürftiges Kind kannst du bei seiner Kur als Begleitmutti betreuen.....

...so kommt das Bronchitiskind ggfs zweimal in den Genuss der Aerosoltherapie!!!

Wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, ist dein Kind privatversichert.

Wenn es gut läuft und du als Begleitkind beantragst dann KANN deine KK das Kind aus KULANZ übernehmen, M U S S aber nicht.

Wenn du dein Kind als Patient dabei haben willst, musst du erstmal schauen, ob Kuren in der privaten überhaupt mitversichert sind und dann, in welcher Höhe.
Das kann wirklich sehr kompliziert werden und wenn du Pech hast, zahlt dir deine Kinder niemand.

Ich habe einer Bekannten mal bei der Beantragung geholfen, die hatte die selbe Konstellation. Ihre KK (AOK) hat die Begleitkinder bezahlt - aber NUR Begletikinder.
Hier habe ich aber schon gelesen, dass privatvers. Kinder gar nicht übernommen wurden. Das kommt auf die KK an.
