Auf alle Fälle nicht den Kopf hängen lassen. Bei mir wurde auch der vorzeitige Kurantrag erst einmal abgelehnt und nach einem Widerspruch hab ich 2 Wochen später doch die Bewilligung bekommen und in 5 1/2 Wochen fahren wir schon zur Kur.

Jetzt geht es seinen "normalen" Gang, zum MDK nach dem Widerspruch! Ich drück dir die Daumen, dass die wenigstens besser hingucken und lesen und prüfen

Allen anderen kann ich nur raten: Antrag stellen, wenn ihr nicht völlig aus den Socken fallt bei Ablehnung. Ihr könnt nur gewinnen. Zu verlieren habt ihr doch nix: KEINE Kur habt ihr auch so!

@BetsyB : genua das sag ich mir auch ich kann nur gewinnen , entweder sie genehmigen und ich darf zur Kur , oder sie genehmigen nicht und es bleibt alles so wie es ist


Trotzdem erst nach der regulären Ablaufzeit von 4 Jahren kuren wäre für mein Seelenwohl eine ziemliche Katastrophe ..... deshalb ganz ganz ganz feste die Daumken drücken

Es ist aber normal das alle vorzeitigen Anträge zum MDk zur beurteilung gegeben werden. Das ist das übliche Procedere und keine Hinhaltetaktik...

Und was ist das Dringlichkeitsattest? Zur Beschleunigung, oder dass die Dringlichkeit einer Kur besteht? 8-|

also mein Arzt hat auf dem Attestbogen der Krankenkasse alles wegen der Dringlichkeit bescheinigt und mein erster Antrag ging damals auch zum MDK . Allerdings war ich da noch bei der DAK . Habe erst am Scheidungstag die KK wechseln können / dürfen ......

Es sollte ein Attest sein , daß eben genau begründet warum und wg welcher Gründe eine Kur vorzeitig dringend nötig ist. Denn nur wenn dringende Gründe vorliegen wird vorzeitig genehmigt.

Benutz doch einfach mal die Suche funktion hier im Board- und suche nach vorzeitger Kur bnzw Kur vor ablauf der Wartefrist.. Ich habe dazu schon soooo viel geschrieben. Vorzeitge kuren unterliegen etwas anderen regularien als Normale..

Man muss in den meisten Fällen nciht selber zum MDK - allerdings ist es nach meiner Erfahrung günstiger dort hin zu müssen , da man da die Chance hat seine Beschwerden und probleme persönlich vorzutragen .
