Ich war gestern bis um eins am PC gesessen und habe nach Urteilen gesucht die wiederlegen das es nicht rechtens ist was das AA macht.
Da steht naemlich drin das es icht als Vollverpflegung gilt, da du dort keine Genussmittel bekommst.
Ich weiss bald nicht mehr was ich glauben soll und verzweifele bald.
Den was sollen wir armen schlucker den machen wenn die uns ueber den Tisch ziehen??? Einen ANwalt koenne wir uns nicht leisten. Wer hat einen Tip oder eine Idee was wir machen koennen.
Mein Gepaeckverschicken zahle ich selber! von was den???

wenn du zum amtsgericht gehst, bekommst du mit dem hartz IV antrag einen berechtigungsschein.
bei mir ging es per telefon.
du musst angeben, wofuer: z.b. beratung wegen ....
dann musst du nur noch beim anwalt einen eigenanteil ueber 10 euro bezahlen.
ich wuerde vorher den anwalt fragen, ob er auf sozialrecht spezialisiert ist und ob er auf beratungsschein arbeitet.

und wenn wir uns alle wehren, muss die arge irgendwann reagieren...

einige urteile sind schon beim bundessozialgericht in kassel,
es geht weiter und viel habe schon recht bekommen.

im sueden deutschlands, bayern und baden wuerttemberg wird eher fuer die arge entschieden! leider....

Na toll dann werd ich ja nicht viel glueck haben, den ich komme aus dem Sueden. Mal sehn werd es probieren und zur not erst nach der kur hab ja ein widerspruchs recht das ich noch vor der Kur wahrnehme und dann seh ich ja wie sie reagieren.
