Bin etwas verwirrt ..

Ich dachte, dass Kinder nur bis max 12 Jahre mitkönnen.
Ich lese hier aber, dass manche Kinder auch nach dem 12. Geburtstag dabei waren.

Wer kann mir helfen hier Klarheit zu bekommen?

Als Begleitkinder gehts nur bis zum 12. Lebensjahr, aber als Therapiekind auch länger!, wenn die Klinik auf ältere Kinder eingestellt ist!

Meine Älteste wäre eventuell Therapiekind - wer hilft mir hier bei der Klärung, der Arzt? Wäre das ein anderes Antragsformular?

Nein es ist das gleiche Antragsformular, der Arzt muss "nur" das Kreuzchen anders setzen. Nicht nur bei Begleitkind sondern bei Kurbedürftig! Steht auf dem Antrag drauf! Und dann natürlich ganz genau ausfüllen!!

Also mein Großer wird während der Kur 13 Jahre alt und darf deshalb dieses Jahr noch als Begleitperson mit ab nächstem Jahr müßte er als Patient mit!

Richtig ist, dass Kinder bis zum vollendeten 12.Lebensjahr (also noch Nicht 12 Jahre alt), als Begleitkinder mit können. Das weiß aber manch SB der KK auch nicht so genau.
Therapiekinder dürfen i. d. R. bis zur Vollendung des 14. Lebensjahres mit (mein Sohn war auch bereits 13 Jahre). Es gibt aber auch Ausnahmen und man hört oft genug, dass Kinder bis 16 Jahre dabei waren.
Für behinderte Kinder gilt diese Altersgrenze nicht.
