Hallo!

Wir sind knapp eine Woche früher, aus verschiedenen Gründen, abgereist.
Hat schon mal jemand eine Stellungnahme / Beschwerde nach Kurabbruch an seine KK geschrieben?

Ich selbst habe noch keine Stellungnahme geschrieben, weiß aber das es einige schon getan haben. Ob sie aber noch hier im Forum sind?
Trotzdem würde ich deiner Kasse schildern, warum du abgebrochen hast. Ich denke, die Kasse will das eh wissen weil sie ja der Kostenträger ist.
Und wenn deine Gründe wirklich schwerwiegend sind, wird sich ja auch nur was ändern wenn man sich beschwert.

Ich war in der selben Klinik in 2011 und die Probleme, die es da jetzt gab, gab es damals schon. Ich habe zwar nicht abgebrochen, aber war während der Maßnahmeund auch später mit der Krankenkasse i Verbindung, da die Klinik denen zugesichert hatte, dass mein Kind gezielt behandelt werden konnte. Klar ist ein Therapiekind nebensächlich, aber dieKrankenkasse suchte nach einer geeigneten Klinik, es gab Telefonate und vor Ort :nichts....Er bekam Frühsport wie die Begleitkinder. Auf Nachfrage war nichts zu machen, immer mit komischen Ausreden, weshalb die Krankenkasse eingeschaltet wurde. Danach war es für mich dort nicht so einfach, aber egal...Das Kind bekam trotz Beschwerde nur zwei Mal KG. Ich habe es aufgegeben, vor Ort das Beste draus gemacht. Da der Abschlussbericht Fragen aufwarf und die Abrechnung dieses Therapiekindes genug Anwendungen aufzeigte, gab es noch weitere Telefonate und Schreiben....
Geändert hat sich rein gar nichts. Ich lese manchmal die Erfahrungsberichte. Die sind von "mega toll" bis "nie wieder" wie in vielen Einrichtungen. Die Klinik hat eine sehr hohe Personalfluktuation, schon immer gehabt und anscheinend hat man da entweder Glück oder weniger...
