Kur genehmigt, möchte aber andere Klinik

Hallo,

ich habe letzte Woche eine Mutter Kind Kur beantragt. Nun kam heute schon nach nur einer Woche die Zusage. Das ist ja mal nicht schlecht. Nun ist es aber so, dass mir da eine Klinik vorgeschrieben wird, welche gerade mal 80 km von mir zu Hause entfernt ist und der Termin steht auch schon fest. Meine 3 Kinder sollen als gesunde Kinder mit. Kennt sich da jemand aus, ob man sich auch eine andere Klinik aussuchen darf wenn man nicht in die vorgesehene Klinik möchte. Ich hatte mir vor Beantragung im Internet schon einige Kliniken angesehen, da wären ein paar dabei die ich finde besser in Frage kämen, denn bei der vorgesehenen kann ich auch gleich zu Hause bleiben, da hab ich keinen Abstand vom Alltag und auch keinerlei Klimawechsel.

Widerspruch (nur für die Klinikwahl) machen, Gründe warum diese Klinik ungeeignet ist für dich angeben und einige Kliniken deiner Liste vorschlagen...deine Indikationen sollten aber in die anderen Kliniken passen. Die Zusage dürfen sie deshalb nicht zurückziehen! Und du hast ein Wunsch und Wahlrecht, sie hätten dir vorher Kliniken vorschlagen sollen und dich nicht einfach in eine "reinpressen". Ich habe in meinem Selbstauskunftsbogen Ost- oder Nordsee angegeben, weil ich auch nicht nur um die Ecke möchte.
