Mütterkur Wertach, welche Anwendungen und wie viele ??

Ein liebes Hallo an alle,

wer war von Euch in Wertach zur Reha?,-

wie viele Anwendungen und welche hattet Ihr pro Woche???

Hallo Morgenstern!
Ich muss ehrlich sagen bei mir war es recht dürftig. War 2012 dort! Es gab 3 Massagen, 3 Bäder, Gruppengymnastik, 3 Vorträge, Eigentraining, N. Walking oder Aquagymn., 3 Heu oder Moorpck., und sonstige Kleinigkeiten. Also nicht besonders sehr viel. Ob´s bei der Mütter Reha noch mehr gibt, weiss ich leider nicht. Kann aber sein. Ich hatte ´n Mütter- Vorsorge-Kur!

ich hatte eine Mütter-Reha.
Die Anwendungen sind identisch.
Auch 2015 gibt es 3 Massagen, 3 Bäder, 3 Heusack oder Moorpackungen, 3 Vorträge, Gymnastik in der Gruppe.......
Ich bekam auch noch Krankengymnastik, da ich entsprechende Befunde dabei hatte. Also evtl. Röntgenbilder oder Befunde vom Hausarzt mitnehmen.
Persönlich fand ich es ausreichend, da Frau sich ja dort erholen soll und nicht von Termin zu Termin hetzen soll. (Was trotzdem manchmal passieren kann )
Eigentraining heißt, du sollst z. B. Walken oder Wandern auf eigene Faust machen, dann wenn du Zeit hast.


Ganz Wichtig!! Bademantel nicht vergessen!!
Evtl. eigene Tasse und kleines Messer mitbringen. TV ist KEINER auf dem Zimmer, du kannst deinen eigenen aber mitbringen oder evtl. über Laptop schauen.
