Klinik an der Nordsee

Hallo,
ich würde gerne auf eine Nordseeinsel in eine eher kleinere Einrichtung zur Mutter-Kind-Kur gehen. Ich brauche für mich einfach ganz viel Zeit und Ruhe um meinen Akku wieder aufzutanken und möglichst viel Bewegung, da das in meinem Alltag leider viel zu kurz kommt.
Da ich zwei Schulkinder habe, wäre eine gute Hausaufgabenbetreuung auch wichtig.
Welche Häuser könnt ihr dazu empfehlen oder gibt es auch Einrichtungen, wo man besser nicht hinmöchte?

Meine wunschklinik die ich angegeben hatte war AWO Langeoog Haus Westwind leider wurden wir abgelehnt ansonsten finde ich die Klinik auf Spiekeroog noch sehr schön kenne sie aber nur von außen
