Ich habe meinen Antrag mit Hilfe der Caritas gestellt. Die Dame war sehr nett und hat mir sehr geholfen. Sie hat mir mehrere Kliniken genannt, die nicht unbedingt von der Caritas waren, sondern wirklich für mich passten. Am Freitag, den 04.01. hat sie mir noch eine E-Mail geschrieben, dass ich mich übers Wochenende für eine Klinik entscheiden solle und sie würde dann am Montag, den 07.01. meinen Antrag losschicken. Seit dem habe ich leider nichts mehr gehört. Ich weiß nicht, wann sie den Antrag rausgeschickt hat, usw. Momentan kann ich sie nicht erreichen. Ans Telefon geht sie nicht, der Anrufbeantworter sagt, man soll eine E-Mail schreiben, darauf antwortet sie aber nicht,…

Jetzt meine Fragen:

Ich lese hier ganz oft, dass es einen Brief von der KK gibt, dass die Unterlagen angekommen sind und jetzt bearbeitet werden. Bekommt jeder so einen Brief?

Ich überlege jetzt, mal direkt bei der KK nachzufragen. Wo melde ich mich dann am Besten? Kann ich direkt hier zu meinem Sachbearbeiter vor Ort gehen? Oder gibt es bei der Krankenkasse eine bestimmte Stelle? Ich weiß ja gar nicht, wo die Dame von der Caritas meine Unterlagen hingeschickt hat.

Nein, ich habe da keine Eingangsbestätigung bekommen. allerdings hat sich die Sachbearbeiterin nach 1,5 Wochen bei mir gemeldet, um mir mitzuteilen, dass sie ablehnen wird.

Im Gründe müsstest du ja schon in der Geschäftsstelle anrufen können und nachfragen, ob das angekommen ist. Denn die müssen schließlich wissen, wohin sie das weitergeben....

Ich würde auch in der Geschäftsstelle deiner KK anrufen. Die verbinden dich schon zu dem SB, der für Kuren zuständig ist. Und dann fragst du einfach, ob dein Antrag angekommen ist und ob sie eventuell noch was brauchen...

Also ich habe keine Eingangsbestätigung bekommen (beim Widerspruch hab ich vorsichtshalber so geschickt, dass ich den Code online verfolgen konnte - oder eine Nachricht bekommen hätte, wenn nicht zustellbar oder so ähnlich).


Bei der Krankenkasse hab ich bei meiner Geschäftsstelle angerufen, meinen Namen gesagt und dass es um eine Kur geht. Dann wurde ich ein paar mal weiter verbunden. bis ich bei der Zuständigen war.

Als ich bei meiner angerufen habe bin ich auch zur Sachbearbeiterin
für Kuren weitergeleitet worden.

Habe meine Kur 2008 mit Hilfe der Diakonie beantragt, die Dame kam nicht
recht in die Gänge, sagte auch sie schicke den Antrag weg, dann lag er immer noch bei ihr, das hat sich endlos in die Länge gezogen.
Wurde dann zum Glück bewilligt.
Diakonie hat mir ein Haus vorgeschlagen, praktisch musste ich dort hin...

Jetzt 2013 habe ich Antrag alleine gestellt.
