Wie soll mein Arzt schreiben,dass es um eine MKK geht...

Durch mein Arzt ja bei dem Antrag ja bei MKK und Reha jeweils ein Kreuz gemacht hat,will die KK mich zur Reha schicken.Und er geschrieben hat meine chronische Erkrankung,Erschöpfung usw.nicht zur Verschlechterung führt.Wir hatten ja besprochen,dass es als Vorsorge geht und meine kleine Tochter als Therapiekind mitkommt wegen ihrer asthmoiden Bronchitis und meine große Tochter als Begleitung.Die KK hat schon ein Muster 61 geschickt.

Nun soll er nochmal schreiben,dass es um eine MKK geht.Ich überlege gerade wie man der KK plausibel erklärt,das es wichtig ist als Vorsorge und auch meine Kinder gut betreut werden.Und das wird in der Reha nicht sein.

Habt ihr paar Tips,was man da noch schreiben kann.?

Habe Angst,dass es total schief läuft,indem man was falsches schreibt oder ankreuzt wieder in falsche Richtung läuft.Bei der Kurberatung wurde mir gesagt,dass mein Arzt einen neuen Antrag ausfüllen soll.Geht das so einfach?Lg Anja

Nun ja er braucht eigentlich nur schreiben, dass er der Meinung ist, dass du zur Mutter-Kind-Kur sollst und die Indikationen der Mutterrolle anpassen. Eben das die Erschöpfung von der Mutterrolle herrühren und durch die Krankheit noch verstärkt werden usw. Der Arzt braucht nur einen Schrieb aufsetzen.

Übrings- man kann auch zu einer Reha, also normaler Reha und Mutter-Kind-Reha das Kind mitnehmen.

Davon mal angesehen, dass mein Arzt auch immer beides angekreuzt hat, versteh ich jetzt echt nicht, warum sich deine KK so aufregt. Allerdings, wenn deine Indikationen zu schlimm sind oder eben nicht Mütterspezifisch, dann hat die KK eben das Recht dazu, die eine Reha vorzuschlagen.
