Beihilfe Rheinland Pfalz Eigenanteil Täglich?

Huhu,

hier wird auch bei Beihilfeberchtigten immer von diesem eigenanteil von 10Euro pro Tag geredet.

Nun hab ich die BVO Rheinland Pfalz hoch und runter gewälzt in den entsprechenden Vorschriften zu Sanatoriumsbehandlungen / Kur gewälzt aber nirgends einen pasus über diesen Eigenanteil gefunden..

Wo ist das verankert?

Versuche gerade meinen anteil zu errechnen.

Leider ist nur der Tagessatz der mit einem sozialleistungsträger vereinbart ist beihilfefähig. Das wären in Friesenhörn Horumersiel 75,00 jedoch bieten sie auch noch was für 87,00 Euro an..

Ich bin Beihilfe Bund und ich mir wurde der Eigenanteil von 10€pro Tag bei der Erstattung gleich von der Beihilfe abgezogen.
Mag aber ja sein, das das bei deiner Beihilfe nicht so ist, am besten fragst du nach.

Was den Tagessatz angeht würde ich noch mal bei der Klinik anfragen, was sie denn jetzt genau berechnen.
Ich habe damals gegenüber der Beihilfe den pauschalisierten Tagessatz abgerecnet eben weil da alles drin ist und nicht extra aufgedröselt nach Verpflegung, Untetkunft usw. Wer weiß was denen dann noch eingefallen wäre abzuziehen

Beihifle rheinlandpfalz hat im September 2011 keinen täglichen eigenanteil abgezogen,,

Es wurde der Pauschalsatz mit unseren Prozentsätzen erstattet ohne Abzug!

Hallo,
ich bin Beihilfe NRW und wir haben keinen Eigenanteil.
Vom Pauschalsatz wird der Anteil der Beihilfe gezahlt.
Meine private KV kürzt den Pauschalsatz um 30 %, da sie nicht die Kosten der Verpflegung zahlt. Habe aber noch Zusatztarif für Kurgeld abgeschlossen und bekomme eine Zahlung von etwa 28,-€ pro Tag und Person .
So dass ich hoffe, dass ich ohne Zuzahlung auskommen werde.

Hi,

zahlt die Beihilfe NRW auch einen höheren Satz als den gesetzkichen Satz? Wir favorisieren eine Kurklinik, die 165,-- Euro/Tag abrechnet für das Therapiekind. Bleiben wir auf hohen Kosten sitzen? Ich als Begleitmutter bin gesetzlich versichert.

Hallo,
das kommt mir extrem hoch vor. Frag lieber bei der Beihilfestelle nach, sonst bleisbst du u.U. auf horrenden Kosten sitzen. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich was verwechsle, ist schon 2 Jahre her, aberi ch hab was von 70 Euro im kopf - das wär ja mehr als das Doppelte :patsch:
Darf ich fragen, welche Klinik das ist?
